A lovely looking hardback journal with a typographical font design on the front and back covers with the words from Philippians 4:6 Don't worry about anything, but in all your prayers ask God for what you need, always asking him with a thankful heart.' Along the spine there are the words 'Don't worry about anything'. The lettering is printed in very dark taupe on a very pale cream/taupe linear back ground, the pages are edged in silver and there is a pale silver ribbon. Inside the pages are lined but there are no verses on the pages.
