When you buy from a UK business, you are protected by consumer law — including the right to a refund or replacement if an item is faulty or misdescribed.

How to Start a Return
If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

If Your Item Is Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect
If the item you received is:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Defective
- Or not the item you ordered
…we will happily provide a full refund to your original payment method and cover your return postage.
Please notify us within 28 days of receipt.
If You Are Returning an Item for Any Other Reason
If you simply change your mind or the item isn’t suitable:
- We will refund the item cost once it is returned to us
- Return postage in this instance is your responsibility
All items should be returned:
- In their original packaging
- In a resaleable condition
- Ideally with your receipt or order confirmation
Important Notes
- Earrings cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons.
- If an incomplete or incorrect delivery address was supplied, we are unable to refund postage or item costs for orders that do not arrive.
- Please request a Proof of Postage (free from the Post Office) when returning items.
We cannot refund returned goods that fail to reach us without Proof of Postage.
How Long Will My Refund Take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are normally processed within 3–5 working days.
