We will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit or debit card for any merchandise that is returned to us within 28 days of purchase because it is faulty or the incorrect item has been sent and pay for your postage. We will refund the cost - excluding cost of postage - of items that are returned for any other reason.
All items ideally should be accompanied by the original receipt, be in their original packaging and be in a condition that is suitable for resale. Please note that we will refund the cost of the postage only for returned items which are damaged or defective, or the wrong item has been sent. Also, please note that earrings cannot be returned or refunded.
