We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If, however, you are unhappy in any way with your items please let us know by email at [email protected] or on 01953 455190 within 5 days of receipt of the goods. We will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit or debit card for any merchandise that is returned to us within 28 days of purchase because it is faulty, damaged, defective or an incorrect item has been sent, and pay for your return postage.
We will refund the cost - excluding cost of return postage - of items that are returned for any other reason. In this instance you will need to cover the cost of returning the item yourself.
We will require the cost of items and postage again from customers where orders do not arrive because an incomplete delivery address has been supplied.
All items ideally should be accompanied by the original receipt, ideally be in their original packaging (including cellophane wrapper) and be in a condition that is suitable for resale.
Please note that earrings cannot be returned or refunded.
Please ensure that you get a 'Proof of postage' (free) from the PO when returning items to us. We cannot provide a refund for returned items which fail to reach us unless a Proof of Postage is provided.
